Elaia Agency ("Elaia," "we," "us") is a creative studio and brand consultancy based in Miami Beach, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple... we collect very little, and we never sell your information.
Information we collect
When you submit our inquiry form, we receive the details you choose to share... your name, email address, brand or business name, Instagram handle, the services you are interested in, your budget range, and your message. If you email or message us directly, we receive whatever you include there.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. We use this only to keep the site running and secure.
This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
How we use your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share it with the service providers below, and only as needed to operate this site.

- Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions on our behalf.
- Google Fonts serves some of the typefaces on this site, which involves your browser requesting files from Google's servers.
Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry submissions and correspondence for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of our engagement and any period required for our records.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Just email us at hello@elaiaagency.io and we will take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, including under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights or similar legislation.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
